Super Trifecta Bowl II<\/h2>\n

A contentious battle for position in the second leg of Super Trifecta Bowl II considerably slows trifecta point accumulation when the highest-seeded teams defeat the upstart wild horses!<\/p>\n

Coming out of the second turn, The Bookie (13) whips her Home Team to a win to take one length lead over Minds Blank. Minds Blank (12) tried to put the competition away with a risky move along the outside, but her Home Team fell in overtime and she now holds second place by a length.<\/p>\n

Falling into third, The Strategist (11) trusted her Home Team filly to bounce the reigning champion and fails to capitalize on her strong start. Trailing by a length, Wise Orangutan (10) barely escapes a manic effort by Minds Blank’s Home Team. He notches just enough to hold a two length lead over Big Tuna (8). Big Tuna spurred on his Home Team to buck the last player hater opponents from the field to secure fifth place.<\/p>\n

Kal Krome (7), followed Minds Blank on the outside looking for upsets, but falters around the second turn to drop into 6th place. Little Tuna (4) keeps it sportsmanlike in the Divisional Round and her Home Team earns her enough to tie for seventh position — but is it too little too late for the reigning champion?<\/p>\n

B-Reezy (4) ends the season snake-bitten as his hopes are dashed by the loss of the last un-sponsored team, and after a brutal slip on a game winning field goal by his Home Team in the Wildcard Round. We suspect the rookie will learn from his mistakes this past year!<\/p>\n
